When a patient measures for example blood pressure, weight, or blood glucose using devices provided, these measured data are transmitted into the app via Bluetooth. These transmitted data into the app are then encripted and transmitted to the server.The app allows patients to view their personal physiological data from each device. In this way, patients can easily access information about their own health conditions.
